Quality

At Spaendonck Sport you will find a carefully selected range of renowned brands. Quality requirements differ per brand, but we only select products that meet our own standard. That way you can be sure you are buying a product with good value for money.

Warranty

We apply the statutory warranty to the following products. The term applies from the order date:

  • Rain jackets and rain trousers: 3 years
  • Golf bags: 2 years
  • Golf trolleys, including electric: 2 years
  • GPS and laser rangefinders: 2 years
  • Shoes: 1 year

For other products you can submit a claim within 30 days of your order. Within that period, this applies to almost every product.

Keep your order confirmation with your order number. You will need it to have a claim handled quickly.

Submit a warranty claim

Is a product not working as it should? Submit your warranty claim online. Select the product, describe the problem and add a photo of the whole product and a photo of the defect. We will contact you within 24 hours.
