Exchanges & Returns

At Spaendonck Sport, returns are easy and transparent. You have a 30-day cooling-off period after receiving your purchase. To qualify for a full refund, the items must be in their original condition and, if reasonably possible, in their original packaging. Please note : Personalized items, such as printed golf balls and custom golf sets, are excluded from returns.

How do you return a product?

1. Packaging:

  • Make sure the products are undamaged and complete.
  • Pack the items in the original packaging (if possible).
  • Please include the completed return form in the box.
  • Stick the return address label clearly visible on the box.

2. Shipping:

  • Take the package to a post office of your choice.
  • Please keep the proof of shipment until we have fully processed the return. This is your proof that the package has been sent and can be requested if it is lost during transport.

3. Handling:

  • When do we refund? We will refund the purchase amount, including the original shipping costs, within 14 days after processing the return.
  • What do you get back? You will receive the full purchase price back, excluding return costs.
  • Please note : If you return part of your order and the remaining order amount falls below €75, we will charge €5.95 shipping costs.

4. Refund:

  • The amount will be refunded via the original payment method.
  • If this is not possible, we will contact you.

5. Need help?

Return costs

  • The costs for the return shipment are at your own expense.
  • If the product is damaged or delivered incorrectly, we will reimburse the return costs afterwards.
