Returning items to Spaendonck Sport is easy and transparent. You have a cooling-off period of 30 days after receiving your purchase. To qualify for a full refund, items must be in their original condition and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging. Please note: personalised items, such as printed golf balls and custom-made golf sets, cannot be returned.

How do you return a product?

1. Packing:

  • Make sure the products are undamaged and complete.
  • Pack the items in their original packaging (if possible).
  • Include the fully completed return form in the box.
  • Stick the return address label clearly visible on the box.

2. Shipping:

  • Take the parcel to a post office of your choice.
  • Keep the proof of postage until we have fully processed the return. This is your proof that the parcel was sent and can be requested if it goes missing in transit.

3. Processing:

  • When do we refund? We refund the purchase amount, including the original shipping costs, within 24 hours of processing the return.
  • What do you get back? You receive the full purchase amount, excluding the return costs.
  • Please note: if you return part of your order and the remaining order amount falls below € 75, we will charge € 5.95 shipping costs.

4. Refund:

  • The amount is refunded via the original payment method.
  • If this is not possible, we will contact you.

5. Need help?

Return costs

  • The costs of returning the item are at your own expense.
  • Is the product damaged or was the wrong item delivered? Then we will reimburse the return costs afterwards.
