Shipping costs

The Netherlands and Belgium

  • Free shipping on orders from € 75.
  • For orders under € 75 you pay € 5.95 shipping.

Other EU countries

We also ship to Germany, France, Luxembourg, Austria, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Ireland, Poland, Denmark, Sweden and Finland.

  • Free shipping on orders from € 200.
  • For orders under € 200 you pay € 12.95 shipping.

These rates apply to home delivery and delivery to a GLS pick-up point.

Delivery time

  • In stock? Then your order arrives in the Netherlands and Belgium within 1–3 working days. Delivery to other EU countries usually takes a few days longer.
  • Longer delivery time? If an item is not immediately available, we will let you know. You will receive an email as soon as your parcel is on its way. Because we also have a physical shop, stock is subject to in-store sales.

Partial delivery

  • If your order contains several products and not everything is available right away, we normally ship the order once all items are in.
  • Sometimes we send the available items ahead, for example if you need them quickly.

Carrier: GLS

  • We ship with GLS, a reliable carrier.
  • After dispatch, GLS usually delivers your parcel the next working day.
  • If something goes wrong, we will solve it together with you as quickly as possible.

Delivery options

  1. Delivery to your address: enter your address details and choose home delivery.
  2. Delivery to the neighbours: if delivery is not possible, GLS often leaves your parcel with the neighbours.
  3. GLS pick-up point: choose a pick-up point near you when ordering. Your parcel will be kept there for up to 21 days.

Not at home?

  • The courier leaves a message. Via GLS you can schedule a new delivery time or choose another location.
  • The parcel is often left with the neighbours or offered again the next working day.
