Free Shipping : For orders of €75.00 or more we do not charge shipping costs.

Shipping costs for smaller orders : For orders under €75.00, shipping costs are €5.95.
Delivery times

In stock? Order on workdays before 16:00 and pay directly with iDeal or credit card, then your order, if in stock, will be delivered the next workday.

Longer delivery time? If an item is not immediately available, you will receive an email as soon as the package has been shipped by us. Items are subject to sale in our physical store.
Partial delivery
- If your order consists of multiple products and is not immediately available, we will in principle only ship the order once all items are available.
- In exceptional cases, when we consider it important to deliver part of the order earlier, we will ship the available items in advance.
- Would you rather receive the items in stock directly? Select this option during the ordering process or contact our customer service via 073 623 0 999.
Delivery service: GLS
- For shipping we use GLS , a reliable delivery service with high customer ratings on Trustpilot.
- Orders are usually delivered the next business day after dispatch.
- If an error does occur, we will ensure that the problem is resolved as quickly as possible in consultation with you, with your satisfaction as our priority.
Delivery options
You can choose from the following delivery methods:

Delivery to your address : Fill in your address details and choose the default shipping method. Your package will be delivered to your home.

Delivery to neighbours : Have your shipment delivered to a neighbour's address. Enter the neighbour's house number during the ordering process (it is recommended to coordinate with your neighbours in advance).

GLS Pick-up Point : Choose to pick up your shipment at a GLS pick-up point near you. Select a location yourself. The package will be available for pick-up for up to 21 days. This service is free.
Not home? No problem!
If the delivery person does not find you at home:
- Leave a message to the driver. You can schedule a new delivery time or another location via the GLS portal.
- The package is often delivered to the neighbors, or it is offered again the same day or the next working day.
