Profile
For players who like rubbers with half long pimples. Offers a lot of disruptive effect and is perfect for blocking and counterattacking.
Product description
The SpinLord Keiler was used very successfully by women, also at international level, but the sponge was a bit too soft and a bit too slow for use by men at professional level.
Here we start with the Keiler II, which now uses a very hard sponge (hardness level about 45-47 degrees) and also very fast. Nevertheless, the ball contact is generally only medium hard and certainly softer than with the Waran II, which is of course due to the slightly longer and softer pimples of the Keiler II.
The Keiler II is also more elastic and generally more dangerous than the Keiler.
The Keiler II sponge is currently one of the absolute best sponges made in China. Most pimples from China and also many European brands use simpler sponges, the best sponges are usually reserved for rear rubbers. You can immediately notice the difference between the Keiler II and comparable rubbers: the Keiler II simply has more penetrating power and disruptive effect, but due to its enormous variability it is still easy to control, even with passive shots.
On the other hand, besides the disruptive effect, the rotation development is generally better. Very strong players can even defend backspin effectively with the Keiler II, topspins with a shortened arm movement also work. Its main strength, however, is the powerful counterattack and block game.
The Keiler II can be used as both a forehand and backhand rubber.
