The SpinLord ORKan is a remarkable new mid-length pimple rubber with a very sticky rubber compound and cylindrical pimples with ribbed pimple heads. The rubber compound is elastic and medium-hard. Unlike our previous short and mid-length pimple rubbers with conical pimples, the ORKan now has cylindrical pimples, which reduces the speed a little. As a result, the high speed is mainly generated by the sponge instead of the top sheet.
The cylindrical pimples make the rubber more dangerous because they can wobble more easily, making the ORKan ideal for blocking balls and counterattacking. Topspins are not the main strength of this rubber, but are still possible due to the high friction.
The ORKan comes with two different sponges: a soft silver sponge and a hard pink sponge. Both sponges offer a high speed and a well-built speed-glue effect.
