The Anti Lion Mantlet, described as "even slower and you play the ball backwards" by the makers of GeblockTT 2018, now faces competition from the E-Shield from Lion and the Quokka II from SpinLord, both of which are even slower but unable to play the ball backwards. The E-Shield is softer and slightly slower than the Mantlet, while the Quokka II is much slower but only slightly softer than the Mantlet. Both have a similar grip to the Mantlet, with the E-Shield having a slightly higher grip. Overall, all of the Anti spin rubbers mentioned have similar playing characteristics and a similar disruptive effect, although the Mantlet lags behind the others a bit in this regard. The E-Shield is considered the most dangerous due to its slightly lower control, while the Quokka II is recommended for players looking for an even slower anti than the Giant. Both are very light, durable and well made. Please note that the Quokka II rubber was originally only produced in a small series and therefore does not have its own packaging.
