DNA Platinum is a world-class premium table tennis rubber. It is the latest addition to Stiga’s DNA series, featuring a new generation of table tennis rubbers from Germany. This rubber is ideal for professional players with a highly attacking style of play who expect the highest quality materials. The unique composition of the rubber provides excellent grip, allowing players to hit the ball from challenging angles. The short pimples together with the thin top sheet mean that DNA Platinum can accommodate a thicker sponge (up to 2.3mm), adding extra speed and power to the game. Thanks to the PSC (Power Sponge Cell) technology, you get a longer ball trajectory with more power in your shots and a more aggressive arc when playing loops. The sponge pores also improve the contact between the rubber and the sheet, resulting in the desired clear sound with every shot. The soft sponge increases the contact time between rubber and ball, giving better feel and control without significant loss of speed. In addition, the rubber produces that characteristic click sound.
