Spaendonck Sport, located in 's-Hertogenbosch, offers golf products and accessories. The conditions apply to all agreements and deliveries.
Right of withdrawal: Consumers have 30 days to consider, unless products are personalized or cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. Returns can be reported via info@SpaendonckSport.nl.
Delivery and payment: Delivery will take place within 1-5 working days. Payment is made via the offered payment methods. In case of delay or non-payment, Spaendonck Sport reserves its rights.
Warranty and complaints: Products meet legal requirements. Defects and complaints must be reported within 7 days of discovery. Response will follow within 14 days.
Disputes: Dutch law applies. Disputes can be submitted to the court in 's-Hertogenbosch or the Stichting Webshop Keurmerk.
Privacy: Personal data is processed according to the GDPR, as described in the Privacy Statement. Changes in conditions will be communicated in a timely manner.
