Frequently asked questions

How long until I receive my MyJoys?

FootJoy makes every MyJoys by hand. Allow about 6 weeks from the moment we place your order with FootJoy.

Which size should I choose?

Choose the same size and width as your current FootJoy shoe. Not sure? Visit our shop in 's-Hertogenbosch to try them on, or send us a message.

Can I cancel or return my MyJoys?

No. Because the shoe is made especially for you, you can no longer cancel, return or exchange your order after our confirmation. The statutory cooling-off period does not apply to made-to-order products either. Unsure about size or width? Contact us before ordering or come and try them on in the shop.

What if my design includes extra options?

Most things are included in the model price. If your design costs more at FootJoy, we will contact you first before ordering anything.
