DNA Platinum is a premium table tennis rubber from Stiga. Developed in Germany, this latest addition to the brand’s DNA series is ideal for professional players with a very attacking style of play. The rubber offers excellent grip, allowing players to hit the ball even from difficult angles. With short pimples and a thin top, DNA Platinum can accommodate a thicker sponge (up to 2.3mm), which provides extra speed and power in the game. Thanks to the PSC technology, you get a longer ball trajectory with more power in your shots and a more aggressive arc when looping. The sponge pores also improve the contact between the rubber and the blade, which provides that characteristic, clear sound with every shot. The soft sponge increases the contact time between rubber and ball, providing more feel and control without losing much speed. In addition, the rubber produces that characteristic ‘click’ sound.
